Ourfin does NOT currently engage in "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no third-party advertising pixels installed (no Meta Pixel, no Google Ads, no TikTok Pixel). However, we provide this page so that you can submit a request to opt out, or to learn what your rights would be if our practices change.
Who can exercise this right
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maryland, Minnesota, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, Florida (and authorized agents on their behalf).
What opting out means
Once you opt out, we will stop transmitting (or commit not to start transmitting) your personal information to advertising partners for the purpose of targeted ads for at least 12 months (CCPA/CPRA §1798.135(c)(4)). Your opt-out does not affect order fulfillment, customer service, or analytics necessary to operate the site.
